MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Slave cylinder crinkle / wavy washer source

Does anyone know here you can get the crinkle / wavy washers that can be used in conjunction with a conventional circlip to retain the rear brake cylinders in place of everyones' favourite springy E-clip?

I cant help with a source of a wrinkly washer but why not pull the locating roll pin out, tap 2BA and bolt the cylinder in position. No more washer hassles.

Does that not prevent the cylinder floating slightly? (I'm sure we've been round this one several times before on here!).

(and now I come to think about it those washers maybe dished spriny not wavy).

Moss have them. part numbers 17H7949 and 17H7622 for the Circlip. Apparently its called a belleville washer.

Jeremy we looked at this a couple of years back (well, might be longer!) - I found a source of circlips but completely failed to find Belleville washers in the correct size... except a specialist fastener company in the USA that wanted a min order of 5000 !
