MG MG Y Type - Australian Register Update

I would like to do an update on the Australian Register of Y-Types.
My aim is to get an accurate as possible count of the number of Y's "on the road" in Australia.
If you could simply post your car model & number here I will do the update.
I will kick off the review with my cars - see below.

Well, there's a thing, I didn't realize there was a separate "Australian" register.

Yes Willy, I started collecting data on Y-Types in Australia back in 1991 and it was combined into the International Register about 20 years ago.

However, the most often asked question is "How many are left on the road in Australia"?

This data is not collected, just whether cars still "exist", or did exist at some time in Australia, so I thought I would try and do a count of cars on the road.

I don't seem to have your car listed?

YA's and YT's are only stamped "Y".

The current count is YA- 95, YT - 56, YB - 2

Tony, I take it all Ys that attended events you have organised or been at are already included in your list of 153 Ys.

Are the SES QLD Y ute (photo inc) and the modified Ys included?

Yes, Stuart - all cars I know "on the road" are included.
