MG MG Y Type - heater in yb

i took my yb to bits many years ago and for the life of me i can't remember anything about how the heater fitted.would welcome any help or diagram to refit or where i might find info

Check out www.mgytypes.org and go to the Reprinted Articles page, then download a copy of the Article by W E Blower on Fitting a Heater to the MG Y (Motoring Magazine, October 1953).

This should answer all your questions.

I have some photos of a Y heater installation somewhere .. if you e mail me off line I should be able to send you a scan. Not sure how much use they will be but its worth a try - assuming I can find them!
