MG MG Y Type - Oil Catch Pan

Gents

Some years back, when they became available, I bought one of the little oil catch pans that fit at the bottom rear end of the XPAG engine block.
I do not recall the supplier but when the pan arrived, it showed that the front and rear edge where not curved, but straight edged.
I never the less fitted the pan but was never happy with it's performance! I now wonder, where I can order a pan with a radius (see attachment), that better fits the round shape of the engine's rear.
Can anyone please let me have a respective supplier's name, please?

cheers
Anton

David Pelham made them until he passed and Bryan Purves took them over. Neil Coombes MAY have taken over from Bryan so give Bryan a phone call and then let me know the answer would you please?

Thanks

Delcan Burns in Germany makes and sells a stainless steel drip pan. Check out a current thread on the TD-TF Board.

Delcan's pans are well made with a drain plug plus a clear tube for seeing how much oil is in the pan.

The one I use is an early model with just the tube, which I just remove from the clip and put it into a small bottle and let it drain overnight.

HI all,
I am interested in one of these.
The email address in the bulletin board no longer works, (assuming I typed it correctly).
Contacted Declan but he has health issues and I not sure when he will be fit.
But the horizontal dimension from the front of the catch tray, to the inside face of the mounting flange he cites is 69mm. Mine is 79mm,asmeasured on the car (YT 3740). So the split pin probably would set outside the tray.
Can anyone comment on this matter.
