I think these are a fairly common item, available from most bearing suppliers locally. I bought mine from AA Bearings and Oil Seals, in Nunawading (Phone 03 9874 1660) - Denis or Adrian will be able to help you, I'm sure.

Not expensive as I recall, can't find invoice at the moment.
