MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - When is MGR going to get real!

Getting a bit fed up with MGR! Sure when the MGF dropped the crappy hydo frames left over from the Mini/Metro days that NEVER worked with low profile tyres and went for a normal sturt type suspension, I cheeed!

At last little by little MGR will sort this i thought. Than to my delight a Turbo K series appeared, great i thought not long till we will see a ZS 150 and a Killer ZR and TF!

Than............nothing, expect a Indian import, an ZR "Jack up" and 2 missable little turds called the ZS110 and the ZT 120....that do nothing for the MG name!

MGR have spent sh*t loads on the V8's, which i think is a good idea, but the SV just was not worth it! Just think if the effort had been used on getting a Turbo ZS/ZR/TF....that would have do far more for MGR.

Its a bit like Ford, built the GT (GT 40 EVO), yes lovely, but outside everbodys (expect Jerry Flints) pay packet! They had to dump the RS Focus when they sussed what a torquesteering pile of crap it was.

Now they just hope and pray that there will not be a high profile RTA, and that the GAY ST 170 will see them though........it won't

No, sorry the fast Japs are here and the only people who can go at them will be GM (Vauxhall) with the Lighting!

Small, neat, Alum body work, 240+ BHP forced induction motor with a 6 speed box mouted over the rear axle like the 944/968 for perfect weight balance. Steering/Handling By Lotus.....looks like a winner....what a pity it has GM not MG on the nose!

Sombody PLEASE tell MGR to get with it, or they be left for dead. PLEASE MGR no more slow models that just kill what little image the MG marque has left!
Cheers

In your humble opinion?

And why do we need another thread along the same lines of your previous thread? I think we have established you have no time for the MG R management.
Martin

Mega, you have far too much time on your hands, and not enough to worry about.

Must be because he spends so much time having a Cheeed.
