MG MGA - Coupe door weatherstrip
Greetgins all, I'm ready to install the "Sealing Rubber-door hinge pillar" (part number 14 plate R.35) to my coupe but but can't find any photos showing correct placement. Any information would be appreciated. Cheers! Wes |

Wes, I put that inside the the front edge of the door, very difficult if the door is allready on the car. Siggi |

PIC #2 How does the extra long rubber seal attach to the door. Is it glued in Place?. |

Hi Gordon, not sure it was not my car but I think he said it was glued to the frame regards Gordon |

Thanks guys, "GC" thanks for the photos. That's pretty much the way I was leaning but I was wondering if it fitted over the door hinge? Seems to not lie flat with that positioning which is why the queery. I too have an NOS set of those oddly shaped "wedges" and figured out the spot for those as you have. Anyone placed their door long post seal elsewhere? Thanks! Cheers! Wes |
