MG MGA - Dominic Clancy
| I have has an email from a friend of Dominic in Switzerland who tells me that he is recovering from a 12 brain surgery operation. (I don't have any further information than this)
Apparently he is doing well and hopes to be back to "normal" (his inverted commas!) in a few weeks. I think he means "As normal as any MGA owner can ever be" :^) Dominic has been a an amazing font of knowledge on the MGA forums for many years and I am sure that everyone wishes him well and for a speedy recovery. So, "Get well very soon Dominic, we need you on here!" Cheers Colyn |

| I am back!
Thanks to all for the many very very kind comments and cards that have arrived. I am back on my feet and doing well, and am now in out patient care for the next few months. The garage is a NoGo Zone as I am too tempted to start doing things. Trying not to become an internet addict too..... Too much time on my hands as I am not yet back working at the day job. But most importantly I can now officially drive the MG again, and it's a beautiful sunny day here in Switzerland :) Dominic |

| Good News Dominic. Great to have you back. Seems they can mend you at about the same speed you mend MGAs. All the best for a continued and full recovery. Steve |

| That's wonderful news Dominic, great to hear from you. You just take it easy, everything that is waiting to be done in the garage will still be waiting in a month or two, so leave it be. Good to have you back, if only if it is to correct all the bad advice that I hand out. :^) Cheers Colyn |

| Never met you Dominic, but I feel that I know you thru this BBS. You have been a great help to me, without your assistance my MGA experience would not be as good as it is. Best Wishes for a full and speedy recovery! George |

| Again thanks to all for the continuing kind comments and cards. I spent a couple of hours in the garage today with a friend to install power steering kit. Gio has changed his design again, and there was some debugging to do. I start back at work on Friday part time, so I am doing very well. |
