MG MGA - Romac key

I have a Romac original key in the A's ignition switch, made in England. I thought W/B was the correct key. Is this one an aftermarket replacement? Thanks Curt

Yes, the Romac is an aftermarket replacement. You are right about Wilmott Breeden being the original supplier.

Thanks Neil. I didn't think that was a very hard question but then again maybe it was. Curt

Steve - I would have thought you, 'the man of history & heritage' (grin) would have known that answer. I really enjoyed the thread about the LJ225 jacks, I learned a lot. Cheers Curt

Curt,
If you want an original key, Pete Groh has them for sale for most codes. I bought 3 from him that match the ignition and door lock for my Coupe. See my post above for his contact info.
