MG MGA - Torque for Crown Wheel to Carrier

Hi,

What torque should I use for the bolts when putting the Differential Carrier and the Crown Wheel together?

Happy for an answer.

Are you referring to the bearing caps? If so, 65ft lb.

Hi Steve,

If I look in my Moss Catalouge it is part 88G283 ( the Crownwheel) and part BTB328 (Differential Carrier) there are 8 Bolts (ATA7043)and 4 Tab Washers (6K875). What I want to know is the XXft lb. needed for the 8 Bolts!
