MG MGB GT V8 Factory Originals Technical - British Legends Weekend

Is anyone from this board planning on attending the "British Legends Weekend" in Falmouth Harbor/Cape Cod, MA this coming weekend, October 11th, 12th, and 13th? It is supposed to be one of the biggest events for Brit cars this season.

Amy Sue and I plan on going and we would like to meet up with anyone from this board that will be there. We will be there Friday night the 10th through Sunday evening the 12th.

Most of the bugs are sorted (except for realizing the full potential of the Nitrous System) out on the Stroker V8 and we plan on a trouble free enjoyable but FAST weekend. Hope to see some of you there!

British Legends Weekends looks like a good time. Being only about one hour away, I will probably stop by on Sunday. I attended the wonderful British Invasion in Stowe, VT a couple of weekends ago hoping to see some MGB V6 conversions but there were none in the show. Do any of you V6 guys plan to make this show?

Anyone looking to get in touch with Amy Sue or me during this weekend we will be staying at "The Seaside Inn" 1-800-827-1976 on Falmouth Heights Beach,

they still have several rooms available.

They also have a 72 Triumph Bonneville on display in their Pub.

Both Dale Spooner and I were at the British Invasion in Stowe with our 302 V8 conversion Bs.As well there was a BOP V8 with us in class 52.
There was also a Chev V8 B in with the regular Bs.
I guess you didnt walk the whole field :-)
So see you there next year Dana !
Gil Price

Gil-I did walk the field, several times and I did see your cars. I always enjoy seeing the V8 conversions but I am planning on a V6 for my project and that is what I was particularly looking for. I will be there next year.
Dana Wilson

Dana, did you see the MGA V6 at Stowe?
Derek Nicholson

Dana
Sorry misread your post -need new specs no doubt :-).Yes it was surprising there were no V6 Bs there. There seem to be alot in Canada--particularily Quebec as there was a place doing them professionly.
Hope to see you next year then.

Derek- yes I did see the MGA V6 in Stowe but again it was not quite what I was hoping to see. Those Sunbeam Tigers looked like a lot of fun!
