MG MGB GT V8 Factory Originals Technical - 'Gentlemen......start your engines!'

I don't have any kids but last night was probably the closest thing I can think of to the experience.

After a bit of tweaking with the timing, a wee bit of fuel, a flick of the key and my Rover 3.5 spun into life. I now know how you guys have felt when you talk about this point in the project.

The coolest thing about this engine is watching how much the torque twists the car (it's up on stands at the moment). Now I have to clear up a couple of electrical glitches and put in an interior but it won't be long before she's out the door.

Thanks to all on this forum for the great advice and support. I'm sure more questions will be forthcoming as my project continues.

Cheers
