MG MGB Technical - Charcoal Cannister
| Has anybody changed the charcoal in the emissions cannister on the later B's ? My wifes 79 LE was bought from the original owner, and I'm sure it was never changed. What do you use for replacement? Kim R. |

| They are expensive to replace. I opened mine up from the bottom and filled it with aquarium charcoal. It seems to work well. I believe there is a archive thread on this. Brian |

| I did this job about 3 weeks ago using the link above. Surprisingly easy to do, dont know why I didn't attempt it 20 yrs ago! |
