MG MGB Technical - Chrome bumpers
I'am looking for complete kit to convert rubber to chrome bumper. Could you suggest any adress to buy it new or used one? Thanks.

Try mgbhive.co.uk search for chrome rubber.I've seen someone use their kit and everything you need was included. It looked to be a good value/reasonable quality combination.Regards Peter

max i think that all the big hitters all get there parts from the same manufacturers so it will go to price all i knowis the bumpers from china are bad fit and diff shape been told moss have retooled for the correct shaped rear bumper so worth a try ste

Has the quality of the chroming improved, though?

its china you cant expect good at those prices i paid £100 each to have my originals rechromed which is more than a new bumper costs so your never going to get good for those prices in the 90s when parts were rare you paid a fortune for second hand bits as no one had retooled for these parts and most people were willing to pay the prices now everyone complains about the quality of the parts nowadays even me but we have forgoten when these parts werent around so avail ste
