MG MGB Technical - Rear roll bar

Hi all
Can anyone in here tell me if the rear anti roll bar was mounted on all GT versions or introduced after a certain model?
Reason for the question is that I've bought a basket case GT '67 model, and as far as I can see the anti roll bar never was installed at the rear on this car.

The rear stabilizer bar was introduced on the 1976 model year Roadsters and GTs.

It wasn't needed on chrome bumper cars with the lower ride height and no heavy bumpers attached front and rear. My '69 GT has never had one and doesn't need one.

Not sure about all markets. In the USA, 1975 and 1976 rubber bumper did not have front swaybars (or rear).

The 1977-1980 models had both.
