MG MGF Technical - Headlight adjustment

I have read the archives but cannot see how to adjust the headlamps.Have removed the two plastic caps but all i can see with torch and mirror is a thin horizontal plastic piece which does not move easily , someone mentioned philips screws but where. All i want to do is lower each beam enough to pass the mot.

Could you post the instructions on the thread. I've been meaning to find out how to align the headlamps too.
