MG MGF Technical - ITG inlet pipe
| Does anyone, off-hand know the diameter of the ITG flexible inlet tubing.....?  It must be about 125mm but juat want to confirm...  The car is at home I'm not and I need the info today really. Tim |

| Tim, Both flex pipes - from side intake to ITG and from ITG to TB - seem to be around 70mm on mine. Hard to measure in situ of course, but certainly nowhere near 125mm. HTH Dave |

| For some reason I seem to remember that the inlet to the ITG is bigger than 70mm, The PiperX has a 70mm pipe but my ITG does seems to have a larger pipe ....Mmmmm |

| I've just been on to the Elise board (it's easier for them to check the dimension).....  Inlet pipework....  100mm.  Will let you know why I need the info a little later. Tim |

| I concur - inlet to the trumpet is 100mm, trumpet is 'waisted' to 70mm diameter before opening up to the filter.  Connection pipe from the filter to the TB is a diameter to suit the TB. SF |
