Can you describe what you mean by body roll?
Mike Cunningham
When cornering the back end wants to come out so i have to correct this with the steering.

Sounds like tyres - the car is bery sensitive to having the right sort - what make are yours, what exact sizes, and what pressures are you using?
Mike Cunningham
Detached damper? Very common on early cars - although less so on 2000 model year versions...

Sounds like tyres, similar problem when I bought mine. The garage went through replacing all bushes (I didn't stop them!) before I chimed in about the tyres. An F will be all over the place if someone's fitted a budget set of tyres on the back (or front presumably ;) Good luck, Russ

What Mike and Russ said. Until you've experienced it, you can't imagine the effect of using 'unsuitable' tyres.
