MG MGF Technical - Tyre pressure
Does anyone know what pressure my front 195's should be, the handbook is for the standard 185. Thanks

Which car? Whick make/model of tyre?

15" / 16" or 17"

Trophy tyre pressures are 26 front and 36 rear. 195/45/16 fron 215/40/16 rear.... Paul;

Oh forgot. It’s a VVC, with standard 15 wheels, also lowered and with adjustable shocks if that has any bearing.

I'd go for 26 psi. Seems to be ok on my 195 fronts. Couple of psi either way wouldn't be a problem Jim

I always used 30 psi front and rear for my car on 15" - be that with 185, 195 or 205 front. Suited my needs perfectly! ;o) There is no harm experimenting - incrementing by 2 psi at a time to see how that effects the handling.
