MG MGF Technical - Workshop manual

Does anyone have a copy of the workshop manual? if so i need the section on changing the clutch -how can i obtain this?

Phone the MGOC Parts Dept and buy either the paper copy or the CD version. Worth the price if you intend to do your own service & repairs.
