MG TD TF 1500 - a relative fortune for a oil filler cap ???

As I wrote earlier I found a box with some stuff that looked like British parts at a garage sale. In that box also was a oil filler cap with the markings.
N.O.L. After a Google search I learned they were a mandatory item with Nuffield and mostly used on MG TC
Another Google search learned one cap was sold for US 132,-- This is the first time I feel lucky ( with acquiring something from a garage sale).

It fits nicely on my newly overhauled engine ( finished today ). Have about 109 pictures on file if some-one is interested I'll be happy to send them.

You could find this can + bracket on the bulkhead of a TC.

BTW - still available (original or refurbished) on eBay etc.
