MG TD TF 1500 - A trip in time to buy old gas
| Took the TF1500 to Marlborough, Connecticut to take some pictures at the replica filling station. The sepia makes it look "age appropriate". Nice Fall drive. Rick

| Great photo! Love the tone and setting. I will say, though, the prices on the building seem odd... when those pumps were around the gas was much cheaper. Heck, when I was first driving I could still buy the stuff for about $0.25/gallon. |

| This is not my photo - I downloaded it from the net, so not for general circulation. Its a little known MG garage local to me, that still specialises in MG cars and MGBs in particular. Dave H

| Dave H. If that is the Same Beer of Houghton that I know of, we had a very good friend (since past) who was an Expat Brit, who on one trip back to England negotiated for a MGBV8 from Sid Beer, built to his specifications as a convertable. He had it imported to the US and drove it for many years prior to his death. Cheers - Dave D. |

| Anyone travelling through Maine should stop and see the Way Way Store in Saco ME, it has (nonfunctioning) gas pumps and a restored store that's been around for 100 years... worth a pic! https://www.facebook.com/waywaystore |
