Just curious, why would you want to hide 1500 bucks worth of brake drums behind disk wheels? As I said, just curious. PJ |

Hey Bob, are there Alfin drums for the TD disc wheels? |

I mounted a set of Bob's alfin drums to my wire wheel TD. I love 'em. I must have shaved about 50lbs off the car by switching them for the original drums. They are well made and look great.

Paul, in response to your question why I would want to hide $1500 worth of brake drums behind discs... I'm looking for weight reduction and faster cooling for my future racer. I'm not interested in showing off the bling. Cheers Bill Chasser TD4834 |

K.M. Thanks for sharing the pics. No doubt they are set off by the wires. Do you know if the drums are the same between wire and discs? Really would like to get a set of these. I've seen these at vintage races and the owners love them I guess I could buy pieces of billet and turn a set on a lathe |
