MG TD TF 1500 - Bill's TC update
Making slow progress ...lots of huh? moments.
MG LaVerne
What ya think of this Gene and Steve?
MG LaVerne
Pretty sure that's some hazmat material there.
MG LaVerne
Not sure if this is USDA or Irish grave behind the panels
MG LaVerne
Interesting find behind the panel
MG LaVerne
Flip side
MG LaVerne
Lock nut on the steering rod is loose, But we do have some bump stops now.
MG LaVerne
I polished up the shiney and Bill put a leather wrap on the wheel.
MG LaVerne
Got a lot more to do that I was planning on...but we will get there....I hope.
MG LaVerne
Laughing...that is some serious DPO work there. Oops...please tell me again that Bill hasn't owned the car from new!
Gene Gillam
Bill's uncle bought for him in Ireland in 1961. And you ain't seen the half of it.
MG LaVerne
Got a rear seal kit from Doug Pelton, new king pins, new brakes and cylinder kits, rubber kit, new tires on the way, a new wiring harness and an interior kit to put in it. Oh ya new door hardware as well. I won't tell you what I found with the doors...or how we will attempt to fix them...you'd cry.

The muffler is not stock. The stock one bolted to the frame. The flex pipe is original type though. That said, I replaced the stock unit on my TC with something else. You really took that car apart! I hope he appreciates the hard work.
