MG TD TF 1500 - Brown & Gammons
While looking up cowl rubbers and finding B&G has what appears the right cowl rubber, they also show bedding for the bonnet front on the rad shell. Here's a picture of the cowl rubber and the next photo of the front material. Any comments? PJ![]() |

Paul, I have bought from them several times. Easy to deal with and good quality product. We do not pay VAT. Mort |

Front material was rubber for TD and TF if you want to go original style. Matthew. |

Thanks Mort for that info. And, Matthew, Thanks for that! I will use the rubber as is proper for the TF. PJ |

I have bought the cowl rubber from them and was happy with it. I posted an image of the cross section on a previous thread but here it is again

Thanks Max! I'm working on Moss to change to B&Gs supplier for that rubber. If nothing comes of it, I'll buy B&Gs cowl rubber. PJ |

Paul, I have not examined the cowl rubber in my rubber kit yet, but already plan on returning the radiator shell lacing strip. The piece Moss sent me was way too thick. I guess I'll add the cowl strip to the package. Is there anything else in the rubber kit that could be a problem? thanks, Tyler |

I use Brown and Gammons for parts for my 1955 and my 2004 TFs. Their service is exemplary, their parts of excellent quality, their stock comprehensive and good prices. Jan T |
