MG TD TF 1500 - Chrome Bezels

Anybody want to part with a pair of chrome bezels for an early TD (Feb 51) or suggest where I may locate both ammeter & oil gauge bezels? The PO had damaged both when replacing the dials.
Thanks

I picked up a tack and speedo bezel from John and they are about as close to original as you can get. They had bezels for the other gauges also. Not terrible prices either.

Thanks Bud & Bruce. I've made contact with John & he is able to provide 3 of the 4 bezels. I have an early TD (1st Feb 1951) with the "flat" (gently curved) dials. At present the oil gauge bezel is damaged & the detail of the ammeter & oil gauge bezels don't match when viewed in situ. (Oil gauge "V" & non original ammeter "round") The ammeter bezel carries these numbers; 369274 94(3?) 314 32 and this rounded bezel extends to the rear of the instrument. The oil gauge has a different "V" shaped bezel which locks via the three tabs at the rim.

John suggests modifing one of his oil gauge bezels to fit my ammeter which is not original, (hence the round bezel) One of his clients has successfully performed this operation. Maybe someone who follows this site?

Anybody out there able to indicate the method used to modify an oil gauge bezel to fit the ammeter described above?

Also wondering how to replace the ammeter dial decal without bending the pointer? A vexing conundrum!

Cheers

Oops! Correction.

"Anybody out there able to indicate the method used to modify an oil gauge bezel to fit the ammeter described above?"

That should read "to modify the ammeter bezel described above so as to fit an oil gauge bezel?"
