MG TD TF 1500 - Fan Belt TF-1500
| I use a NAPA 25-22392 fan belt on my TF-1500 based on recommendations on this forum. The belt rides on the sides of the pulleys; not on the bottom of the V. Is this correct?
Notched Belt Outside Circumference = 39.77 inches (1010mm) Top Width = 0.594 inches (15mm) "Designed For Heavy-Duty Truck, Bus & Off-Road Equipment Applications." https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/NBG2522392?keywordInput=25+22392 (don't know if the link works) I've never had a problem with the belt. The engine builder will probably install and start my "new" engine in a couple of weeks, so I'm running fast to get everything ready. Thanks, Lonnie TF7211 Photo - scuff marks on pulley of my old water pump.

| That looks like the belt David DuBois always said to use. Can't look it up now, have to take daughter's car in for 4th airbag recall..George |

The one I use and it rides about half way up in the pulley. I have about 1 inch play in the belt. PJ

| The Late Dace DuBois wrote an article on keeping the belt loose. Great advice. Peter |

| The belts that I have been supplying are 17x940mm and the adjuster is exactly in the middle. Regards Declan
