MG TD TF 1500 - Head Shop Recommendation
No, not THAT kind of head shop near Haight/Ashberry... A customer wants his banana head XPAG to be modified to use the larger valves, and I am looking for a good shop to do that work. Any East Coast recommendations? Many thanks. Tom Lange MGT Repair |

I had mine done by Dave Jacks 1056 Randolph Avenue Rahway, NJ 07065 (732) 388-1089 Dave is world renowned for manufacturing Heads for Hot rods. He has several CNC machines and makes heads from scratch. See, for instance http://thefordsource.com/forum/index.php?topic=98.0 Dave put in custom seats and scimmed my TD head. I had had seats put in 25 years ago in wisconsin but they did not fit properly. He openend up the counter bores and had new custom seats made in Ca. $400. Jim B. |
