MG TD TF 1500 - how do I fix my identifier here?

Seems my name has been replaced with garbage. What do I do to fix it. It came up when I also noticed that the topic lay out changed. I originally had green borders with title and OP in columns. Now everything is written out in line form with cream backgrounds. Wtf. How to I fix this ?????
