MG TD TF 1500 - I need a boot (or two!)
A couple of our cars need new rack & pinion boots and I'm tired of paying $25 each for something that seems quite simnple. Any suggestions how to get a better price? Gord Clark Rockburn, Qué.

I'll send you a pair for the cost of shipping but I won't use what the suppliers ship out anymore. They don't last a reasonable length of time so I purchased a pair of poly boots from NAPA which are designed for the MGB but will work on a TD/TF. Cost more than the present rubber offerings but I do not expect I will ever have to change them out again.

Wasn’t or didn’t Declan develop replacement R&P boots with better rubber? Maybe it was something else he was working on.
