Does any one have a collection of pictures of the various Inlet Manifolds (both carbie and SC)available for TD/TF's?? Steve Wincze British By The Sea 2014 |

Steve - do you mean the aftermarket intakes using Weber, Solex, Holley or Ford 60 carbs? I've got some of these on my "Wall o' Speed", so let me know if you want pictures. Tom Lange MGT Repair |

Hello friends, does anyone have experiance with the Weber DGV 32/36? I bought one last month from Pierce manifolds, CA. Is it better than two HS2 carbs? Regards to cold US! Klaus |

Klaus - Where performance is most important a Weber always has a slight advantage since it has a true accelerator pump, and can be tuned a bit easier due to the interchangeable jets and easy screw adjusters. My guess - having driven both - is that a well-adjusted SU is about 88% of a Weber. But an SU gets better mileage than a Weber, so it's really a trade-off. And you are more likely to get speeding tickets with a Weber, because it is so much fun to put your foot into it! Tom Lange MGT Repair |
