MG TD TF 1500 - Jarl deBoer
I have just heard that Jarl deBoer died early this week, at age 87. Jarl was a long-time Siata expert, and probably owned and knew more about those cars than anyone else in the world. He was also very knowledgeable about Arnolt-MG cars, and owned a number of MG's over the years. Tom Lange MGT Repair

That's a shame. I'm going to miss him. Learned a lot about Tcars from Jarl. Bud

That's too bad about Jarl. A great fan and contributor.

Jarl was a great guy and wealth of knowledge that can never be replaced. He was one of the previous owners of dads TD/c and I always enjoyed talking or visiting with him when I was in his area. He was a good friend and I will miss him dearly. Tom. I sent Mike Shea an email. Bill Chasser TD/c-8151.

Sorry to hear this news. I knew Jarl back in the 1970s when I lived in the Bay Area and was a member of the Sorry Safari Touring Society for MG cars. Jarl had a shop and rebuilt my TD motor. I also bought a Bugeye Sprite from his son. I had the opportunity to see him again a few years back when Bill Chasser and I went to his home. He gave me a plastic TD that was used in an advertising campaign for a contest a Scotch manufacturer ran. Given how fragile the plastic us, I doubt many of these survived.
