| Paul, Words fail to say how sorry to hear of your loss. Reading the obituary captured me word to word. The sentence where it says the biggest tragedy is the people that didn't get to know him. Thank you all gentlemen, from the bottom of our hearts. He was a son anyone would have been proud of, not just for his many accomplishments, but he was a warm caring person who put everyone else before himself. He had three major loves, his family, his love of flying and the unselfish dedication to the care and well being of those in need. The greatest loss is, those who never met him will never know just how wonderful he was. He was loved by everyone who knew him. American Airlines stated, that they will never be able to replace him! Thank you all for excepting this post on the forum.

| Remembrance Sunday in the UK. Thanks Ray, how ironic. I didn't know that, as the family in the UK made no mention of that yet. I guess when the shock wears off that will come to light. I had strong reservations about posting this here as sadness isn't what this forum is about. I'm glad I did and it was excepted. The response has been overwhelming to say the least. Thank you for letting me talk about this, it's been a big help. It'll be some time before I can talk about it with family, especially his mom, we had to put her in the hospital for a while to calm her down. I will never forget the kind words that have transformed here from so many around the world. I will end this with a simple, THANK YOU ALL! Paul |
