MG TD TF 1500 - Mystery bits

I am helping friends resurrect a 1950 TD after more than 40 years rotting away.
I have a box of rusty, bent bits that I am trying to find which bits are actually TD.
Are these pieces TD and if so, what and where.

Gas tank float sending unit maybe?

Dash light bulb holders that are screwed to back side of wood dash next to each instrument.

thanks Richard, I just found them on the Moss catalogue. I just could not imagine what bits of cork would be used for on a car. I may have to buy more wine to get new cork.

Just discovered that these were on the dash up to TD - 10750, flat faced.

My 52 (dished) has something like this soldered to the instrument facia in two places. The other bulbs are embedded in the speedo and tach.

Learn (remember) something new each day. :-)

No cork needed. The dash light bulbs have a spring type clip inserted into the holder. I have a pic somewhere which I'll post later. Can't open Outlook at the moment. Cheers

Pic shows brackets and the clip and bulb marked A at the top of the pic. This is my dash lighting loom under construction. Cheers

Starting to make sense now, this car has been seriously messed with. It was stripped down before we got to it, I have found the rats nest that was the panel lamp sub loom, being a TF owner I was not sure about the dash layout.
It has the later non chrono speedo/tach and various other non standard bits but we will get there.
The owner wants it as it was when she went on honeymoon to France in the early 60's and not standard.

Still can't get my head round as to why there are corks in the bulb holders. Two even have tiny split pins and one has a panel pin holding them in.
Mind you, when I bought my first frogeye in the 60's I could not understand the clothes peg hanging on string from the dash.

Ray,
At least it was a 1960's clothes peg-the modern ones look horrible!
