MG TD TF 1500 - Quick help to ID a part
| I had these in one of my Zip-lock bags labeled for the boot / trans tunnel. I think these are for the e-brake lines when it goes through the tie bar on the frame? There are two of them. Solid. Thanks in advance. Frank TF1414

| Frank, I think that the screws that hold the floorboards down go through them. Bud |

| Hi Bud, Thanks for chiming in. You could be right I don't know. It is nothing similar to the floor board washers / phillips head screws attachment for the floor boards. It's solid metal and I only had two. This is unlike the floor board washers that are stamped metal. I had a bunch of the washer type. I'm trying to go through photos to see if I can figure it out. Anybody else? Thanks Frank

| I'm thinking the beveled washers that go under the chrome wing nut for the folding windscreen. |

| I think John has it nailed. It's not for the floor. |

| Thanks guys! Cone Spacer #408-660 in the Moss parts guide. The original tear down was quite a while ago and I probably had them and put into the wrong bag. I'm now cleaning the brass D-nut and washer in a tumbler over night and hopefully will clean up the tarnish. . I'll have to add these to get cleaned tomorrow. Thanks again!! Frank |
