MG TD TF 1500 - Rear bonnet weatherstrip TD

I'm finally happy with the paint job on the tub. My question is, does the weatherstrip continue below the wing line and all the way to the bottom of the tub? Does the lip that goes over the panels need to be notched where it will pass behind each wing? How does the fender welt terminate at the weatherstrip ( in front, on top or behind it)? I'm not by my computer so I can't access any photos of this junction. Can anyone share a pic of an accurate installation. I'm ready to hang the front wings and I don't need any hang ups once I start.

The rubber does extend to the bottom of have tub. There is no need to cut the rubber for the fender, it squishes enough. Here is a picture

Thank you D Sander for the pic. Can you shoot one of the topside a t the junction on the fender welt and the bonnet weather strip. I need to know where to start the fender welt. I'm presuming behind the weather strip

Thank you again D Sander and Christopher. One last Question D. What it the thickness of you welt. I'm still in a quandary as to what I need for a filler. My initial welt I had made up is too large. Also, what is the thickness for the front apron?

Christopher, I got the 1/4" for the apron previously from the Nitty Details section but there is no mention of the other size, its the size for the 4 wings and running boards that I'm still unclear about? Can you get a measurement off of yours?

Thanks

Just increase it by 1/8" and you are good to go. So 3/8" inner cord should be close enough.
