MG TD TF 1500 - Round Hole 168425 Head Needed

I've just found out that the head for the engine I am working on is junk, and so I need to find another 168425 head - the large-valve round water passage head.

Any and all leads very much appreciated.

Hi Tom - a couple of weeks ago I posted a note about a company OOPS1947@metalfan.com , you might want to try them. I got a NOS tach drive, still in the box, yesterday from them. The drive body has a brass tag riveted to it with the ratio inscribed on it. Very nice piece, almost too nice to put on the car. Russ

Tom - any luck on the head? A fellow in the club has a head and I went over to see it yesterday. It is, he said, a banana style from an early TD, no luck. Did OOPS have anything? Russ

Thanks, fellows. OOPS got back to me today to say that they do have a head, and I am waiting to see how much they want for it. Very helpful communications from OOPS.
