MG TD TF 1500 - TC is headed to the west coast

Bill called this morning and said he couldn't get it started and the truck was on the way. Got her fired up and loaded. It's been in the valley here with Bill since 1961 and will now be in the hands of his son in California.

What a grand lady! You should be very proud of your efforts.

Here's a pic of my friend Don's TC. Don is eighty one and doing a great job on his car. He's anxious to finish because he already has his next project lined up. I'm very lucky to have this TC under restoration and another '48 TC both located within ten miles of my '53 TD in my little corner of rural SW Oregon. We get together frequently on the weekends for breakfast and swap restoration war stories!

Not so far south Steve...Palo Alto.. Car still needs a lot done but Bill wanted his son to become personally invested in it. He still has the TF in his barn and I have a feeling that will be this winters project. Something I'm a lot more familiar with.

That's still southern, but barely. ;) Tell him to join the Abingdon Rough Riders. They are primarily a TC club based right there in the bay area. Great people.
