MG TD TF 1500 - TD Ignition Switch Bezel
| I need a PLC 6 ignition switch bezel, without the window, to upgrade an ignition switch. Anyone have one in good nick for sale or swap? I have one with the window that I don't want. Cheers Peter TD 5801 |

| which is it Peter? I have an old chrome one, that has/had the beige plastic dial, the dial is split and bent through age, looking at it - its the same as the one fitted to my car that is painted black and has letters printed direct. |

| Mog this is a pic (courtesy of Partick Earles) of the one with the window, which I have. I require a bezel in good condition but without the window. They are interchangeable but the correct bezel for the TC & TD does not have the window. Cheers Peter TD 5801

| Just buy a used switch and switch out the bezel. Or rebuild the new used one...they are out there. Brian W. |

| Result then, my spare is worn due to a PO over clamping it most likely, years of use put a grove in the raised rim. |

| Brian that's what I'm trying to do. I have a functional switch with a window so I'm trying to acquire a bezel or even a switch with a good bezel without having to pay stupid money. K. McKenzie could you email me at pjbm at bigpond dot com? Cheers Peter TD 5801 |

| No luck getting a bezel without the window so I'm now thinking of brazing a piece in to fill in the void. I'm also now in the market for a horizontal knob/lever as the knob that is fitted to the switch with the window sits at 45 degrees. See pics below. Cheers Peter TD 5801
