Who sells the rubber in the northern hemisphere? I had to get mine from Australia. |

Who was the supplier Chris? |

Chris, I think you can get it from Moss. Just the rubber. You may have to call them as it is not listed in the catalogue. ...CR |

In the Moss catalogue under TD Rubber Components & Kits. Item No 26 281-248 Strip Set 12 piece Aluminium & Rubber Strips $ 74.95. You can also purchase the rubber separately. Rob. |

I have original aluminum strips & original rubber on my TD however I needed to replace one piece of rubber & found that the Moss rubber is not quite the same as the original & so does not seat into the original strip as it should & it wants to sit proud. I'm interested in getting the Oz rubber source that Chris mentioned above. Cheers Peter TD 5801 |

This is where I got my strips: http://www.sportsparts.com.au/ I have not tried the Moss ones because formally they sold complete kits of rubber and aluminum that were smaller than original. Do the current sellers (ex Moss and AS) sell the correct width now? |
Christopher Couper |
The rubber strips I received 3 years ago were a direct match for the original rubbers. They may or may not be the same now. ...CR |

CR. Good to know. |

I replaced these back in 74 when I restored the TD. Still have the originals. Are they just aluminum or were they annodized? |
Bruce Cunha |
Just good old plain aluminium, but polish them for a more refined look. |
