MG TD TF 1500 - What's wrong with this picture?

Why do people do this? Nowhere does it state this is a kit car!

David, it looks like you took the screen shot from an iPad. On my desktop with Windows 7 it says "1952 MG TD Dutchess Kit Car - Replica" right under the "1952 MG T-Series."

Apparently the displays are different between mobile devices and computers.

It's apparently an ebay formatting issue and not one of a seller looking to deceive. At any rate the "Buy it Now" price is certainly in line with a replica car.

Yes, I did see it on my iPad, with the ebay app. Nowhere in the ad does it say anything about being a kit car, and looks to be represented as an MG. When looked at through internet explorer it clearly states it is a kit car. My blood pressure and faith in humanity have been restored.
