MG TD TF 1500 - XPAG Spin-off oil filter adapter

Hi frinds.
I need your help again.
In my TD 29276 I use the MOSS Kit for the spin-Off Oil Filter and I'm very satisfied with this solution.
A couple of weeks I buy a second Engine as a spare part just in case. Now I wish to install an adapter for the Spin-Off Filter as well. This time I would machine the adapter myself. Sure, I can remove the adapter from my car and determine all the measurements I need for machining. For some reason I don’t want to do this that way.
May be somebody has such an adapter in hand and not jet installed and can help me to find the last 3 dimensions I need. What I need is:
1) Total thickness of the machined plate?
2) Deep of the large recess on block side?
3) Length of the thread portion on block side?
Details you can find on the enclosed Picture.
Thank you in advance,
Guenter

Hi Mike
That would be great.

I've taken the liberty to copy Bob Grunau on this thread.

Bob makes the filter and sells directly and I'm sure can advise on this.

Hi Guenther,

here are the meassures:

outer dia 80mm
wall thickness 1.95mm
Total height: 19mm
depth of wall on this visible side: 8mm

threaded piece:

27mm on the oil pump side, it stands out 23mm from the bottom of the round piece (means the bottom is 4mm thick)

hex width is 6.5mm, oil filter thread length is 14mm

The oii filter side also has an inset (19mm-8mm - 4mm = 7mm) which means that the hex bit is inside the inset and the oil filter can use the full 14mm thread length.

I am not sure the inset is needed on the filter side, maybe for better flow of the oil with some room between the filter bottom and the adapter.

Rgds, Mike
