Triumph TR6 - Cooling System

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how I can add more fluid to the cooling system when the radiator fluid is at the top of the radiator? I am concerned that the radiator hoses seem empty? TR warms up okay and sits at just below 1/2 on guage once warmed up. Shawn 74.5

Take out the thermostat. Pry it open and place in an old style aspirin ,not gel coated. Replace start her up and add as needed.

Aspirin? Did the car have a fever? Maybe an aspirin suppository inserted in the tailpipe would help.
The last time I changed coolant and drained the block, I had trouble refilling it, so I removed the thermostat and poured coolant in the head to fill the block&head.

Aspirin slowly melts and lets water flow into the motor while it's cold.
