Triumph TR6 - getting the name triumph back from occupation
A plan to get retrive the name Triumph from German occupation. Triumph bikes is allowed to use the name so bassically what is reuired is to start making a bike more car like staring with say a bigger windscreen then closed cabbin prehaps leading to the introduction of a third wheel (still classed as bike i.e. robbin reliant, morgan) Then make a kit to retro fit a fourth wheel. Then After a few years it could be claimed that the triumph name has been used for a bumber of years in 4 wheeled cars and claim a right to its use as a trade name. Thr tricky part will be the phase from 3 to four wheels but done over time it might just work.

BMW who own the name and all the rights that go with it have hundreds of lawyers who single handedly (or collectively) would skin you alive - just for you using their name.

I'm still trying to figure out the three to four wheel conversion. Makes the tube shock conversion look easy.
