Triumph TR6 - Oil Canister Color

Does anybody know the paint code for a 1976 TR6 oil filter canister? I believe it is something called Leyland Blue.

Yep...that'd be the color, but the stainless of the replacement and the cooler really improves things.

If my car ever gets here from BC I'd thought of doing the spin on oil filter adapter thing to replace the canister. Is that what you & Doug mean by more modern?

Yep...plus the cooler with SS lines to the heat exchanger in front of the radiator! Cool!!

I do not have the oil cooler. It is questionable up here in cooler climates...but then there is that global warming thing.
